How to get started with our 3D printing service

1. Upload the 3D file template (e.g. STL file) to our configurator. The model size is displayed and, if necessary, the model is rotated in order to find the cheapest print option. Possible errors in the file are corrected automatically.
2. In the next step, the color and the inner filling are selected.
3. Enter the number of the model and add this item to the shopping cart. If additional models are required, the above steps are repeated.
4. Once all models have been uploaded and configured, the billing address and shipping address can be entered in the next step. We currently only ship within Germany. Shipping only takes a few days. Payment is made via invoice, which is sent by email and again with the delivery of the 3D printed part.
5. After sending the order, we will check the uploaded model and confirm acceptance of the order. If there are problems with the 3D print or model, we will contact you via email.
   A few days after the notification of acceptance of the order, you will receive the invoice via e-mail (payment via bank transfer) as well as a shipping confirmation with a tracking code for tracking the delivery.
